With a rich background, David has honed his managerial skills while working at esteemed establishments like Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay, Yardbird Southern Table, and alongside Chef Justin Quek. Having garnered experience from Manila to Singapore, he brings a wealth of expertise to our team at Lilymu. Beyond his professional endeavours, David indulges in his passion for dining out, exploring diverse cities, and basking in the serenity of the beach.

 
 

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR, ROOS VAN GULICK

Originally from a charming village in the North of the Netherlands, Beetsterzwaag, Roos pronounced Rose, set out for Australia at 21 years old, following her hospitality studies. Growing up in a family rooted in hospitality, she kickstarted her career as a front office employee at various 5-star hotels before shifting her focus to the food and beverage sector at 22. Endowed with remarkable patience and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, Roos's upbeat and positive demeanour brightens every interaction. Outside of work, she delights in exploring new eateries and discovering hidden gems.
